Lead the Future of Industrial Automation at CLX EngineeringPicture your week as the senior engineering leader at CLX Engineering. Monday morning, you review a live dashboard of KPIs and portfolio health before coaching your Engineering Managers through resourcing decisions and succession plans. By midday, you refine standards for design reviews and documentation that raise the quality bar across controls, SCADA, and robotics projects. Midweek, you’re on-site with a customer, unblocking a complex integration, aligning stakeholders, and reinforcing our technical governance.
