Automation Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leader in advanced warehouse technology, is looking for a talented Automation Maintenance Technician to join their team. What You’ll Do:

  • Diagnose and repair cutting-edge automated systems, including shuttles, ASRS cranes, PLCs, and more.
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Collaborate closely with the logistics team to ensure maximum system uptime and efficiency.
  • Use your troubleshooting skills on SCADA, HMI, WMS, and CMMS platforms.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with continuous training and improvement initiatives.
  • Be the go-to expert for minimizing downtime and enhancing automation performance.

What You Bring:

  • 2 years of college toward a Mechatronics or similar degree or 4 years’ relevant electrical/electro-mechanical experience.
  • Experience with 480V wiring, PLC systems, HMI, schematics, and multimeters.
  • A solid understanding of electro-mechanical troubleshooting, safety protocols (including Lockout/Tagout), and industrial automation tools.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, independent work ethic.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and maintenance software.

  • Automated Vehicle familiarity
  • Knowledge of WMS processes like receiving, replenishing, and picking
