*ACTIVE DoD SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED* DESCRIPTION OF POSITION / DUTIES: All Points is seeking motivated and cleared transitioning service members to participate in our DoD SkillBridge* Internship Program as PC Support / Help Desk Interns across multiple Air Force Base locations. This SkillBridge opportunity provides structured training, mentorship, and hands-on exposure to IT support operations in real-world mission environments. Interns will learn to support enterprise IT services, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver customer assistance in support of Air Force personnel and systems. These are 100%ON-SITE opportunities. Remote work is not supported. This SkillBridge internship is unpaid by All Points. Service members remain on active duty and are fully compensated by the Department of Defense throughout the duration of the internship. This is a unique opportunity specifically for transitioning active-duty service members within their last 180 days of service. Internship placements are based on candidate availability, command approval, and All Points' capacity at participating locations. *For more information on the Skillbridge program, please visit https://skillbridge.osd.mil/ Job Responsibilities (may include but not limited to): * Provide laptop, desktop, and IT service support during field visits on or near the flightline. * Assist with installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of IT equipment. * Diagnose technical errors and assist in determining proper solutions. * Follow established workflows, schedules, and documentation standards. * Produce timely and detailed service reports. * Operate vehicles and field automation systems safely as required. * Adhere to company procedures, protocols, and safety requirements. * Collaborate with technical teams and share relevant information across the organization. * Understand customer requirements and support briefings or recommendations. * Build positive working relationships with customers, typically USAF flightline maintenance personnel. * Perform other duties as assigned. EDUCATION: * BA/BS in a technical field preferred but not required. * Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) or advanced USAF maintenance schooling may substitute for a BA/BS. YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: * 3-5 years desired (military technical experience acceptable). SKILLS / CERTIFICATIONS: Required Experience & Certifications: * US Citizenship. * Active DoD Secret security clearance. * Basic understanding of IT equipment and troubleshooting fundamentals. * Ability to safely work in field and flightline-adjacent environments. Desired Experience & Certifications: * Prior flightline experience or familiarity with USAF maintainer operations. * Experience with IT equipment maintenance. * CompTIA Security+ CE certification. SECURITY CLEARANCE: * Full United States Citizenship is required. * Active, current, and fully adjudicated US DoD Secret Clearance is required.
