Position Overview

The Project/Field Manager will oversee all aspects of our Hayward, CA Operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning while driving growth and efficiency. This is a highly visible leadership role suited for someone who is both strategic and operationalโ€”able to manage teams, handle customers, and jump into the field when necessary and help finish the job. You'll supervise a team of ~10, manage project workflows, assist with estimates, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

  • Help with estimates and site assessments; occasionally work in the field
  • Monitor and manage inventory; order materials as needed
  • Ensure accurate and timely job costing, invoicing, and use of service management software (e.g., Job Files, Service Titan, etc. )
  • Customer & vendor relations
  • Navigate the unique challenges of the Hayward, CA market and clientele
  • Manage vendor relationships, supply chains, and customer service issues
  • Support business development and uphold company reputation for quality and reliability
