The Operations/Dispatch/Customer Service Support role is a critical and multifaceted role supporting day‑to‑day operations. This position works closely with local moving crews, auto transport, operations, compliance personnel, and customers to ensure seamless execution of services.   • Plan, schedule, and coordinate local moving jobs and auto transport assignments
  • Set and manage daily crew schedules and vehicle availability
  • Maintain strong working relationships with local movers, drivers, helpers, and auto transport partners
  • Ensure adequate labor and equipment capacity to meet scheduled jobs
  • Answer incoming calls and conduct follow‑up communications with customers and drivers
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate job data in the CRM and dispatch software
  • Field customer service inquiries related to local moves and auto transport logistics
  • Provide ETA updates in company software and document notes in shipment records
  • Monitor drivers and movers to ensure compliance with DOT and company safety regulations
  • Communicate changes in schedules, delays, or issues with customers and customer service teams
  • Track driver and transporter locations and activities in real time
  • Log and report incidents, delays, or compliance issues as required
