Reports To: OEM Dispatch Manager
Location: Offsite
Employment Type: Full-Time


Position Summary
Anew Solutions is seeking an experienced OEM Auto Transport Dispatcher/Compliance to coordinate and oversee the movement of new vehicles from manufacturing facilities and distribution centers to dealerships and delivery points nationwide. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, real-time communication, and the ability to manage multiple shipments while maintaining Anew’s high standards of accuracy and customer service.



Key Responsibilities
This OEM dispatcher/compliance position will be responsible for maintaining a professional, reliable relationship with previously existing customers and building relationships with new customers. In addition to paying attention to customer relations, this position requires an ability to establish and maintain good relationships with drivers also.

An individual in this position will also be expected to:

· Build Loads

· Assign Loads

· Setup carriers and drivers in dispatch system

· Setup carriers in system for activation with using compliance guidelines

· Assist drivers with App issues

· Ability to use various systems for various dispatch functions

· Book freight on various load boards

· Assist with OEM status reports as needed

· Cultivate finding new carriers continually

· Negotiate rates

· Schedule shipping and delivery appointments

· Generate/Upload customer orders timely and accurately

· Manage and track shipments

· Update customer

· Resolve any issues/disputes that arise during shipments

· Time management


Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience in the auto transport or logistics industry (OEM transport experience preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in TMS systems (Turvo preferred), Microsoft Excel, and communication tools.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of auto transport operations, compliance standards, and carrier vetting processes.
  • Abilities:
    • Strong communication and multitasking under time-sensitive conditions.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
    • Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities effectively.
