Auto Transport Driver (Class A) – Deliver Precision, Safety & Performance with Pasha Distribution Services LLC
 
Are you an experienced auto hauler who takes pride in precision, safety, and delivering damage-free results? Join Pasha Distribution Services LLC as an Auto Transport Driver (Class A) and play a critical role in transporting vehicles safely and efficiently across our operations.
 
In this role, you’ll combine expert driving skills with hands-on vehicle handling—ensuring every load is secured, transported, and delivered to the highest standards. Your Impact: Drive with Skill & Deliver with Precision 
You will be responsible for safe, compliant, and efficient vehicle transport operations.
  • Operate with Expertise: Safely maneuver a tractor truck in tight spaces, narrow passageways, and challenging environments.
  • Load & Secure Vehicles: Load, position, and secure vehicles according to manufacturer specifications while ensuring proper weight distribution within legal limits.
  • Ensure Safe Transport: Protect vehicles from damage through proper handling, positioning, and securement techniques.
  • Perform Inspections: Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
  • Maintain Compliance: Complete driving logs and documentation in accordance with DOT regulations.
  • Coordinate Operations: Maintain communication with dispatch and monitor shipment status throughout the day.
Maintain Equipment & Operational Excellence 
Your attention to detail ensures both safety and efficiency.
  • Verify Freight: Inspect and verify vehicles against documentation, noting discrepancies or damage.
  • Maintain Equipment: Keep truck interior and exterior clean and operationally ready.
  • Follow Safety Standards: Adhere to all safety regulations and actively participate in safety meetings.
What You Bring 
You are a skilled, safety-focused driver with proven auto transport experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of recent Class A driving experience
  • 2+ years of automobile hauling experience
  • Valid Class A CDL with hazardous endorsements
  • Valid TWIC card
  • Must meet all DOT requirements, including physical qualifications and drug testing standards
  • Minimum age of 21 (interstate driving requirement)
Driving Record Requirements 
  • No DUI or reckless driving convictions
  • No more than 2 points in the last 12 months
  • No more than 3 points in the last 36 months
  • No failure to appear (FTA) charges
  • No more than 1 at-fault accident
  • Submission of a 10-year MVR (within last 30 days) required

Work Environment & Physical Demands 
This is a physically demanding, hands-on role performed primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Deliver 10–50 vehicles per day with repeated loading and unloading cycles
  • Lift and maneuver up to 75 lbs frequently
  • Climb 8–10 feet, crouch, kneel, and secure loads using chains and ratchets
  • Operate manual transmission vehicles in all road and weather conditions
  • Enter and exit vehicles with limited clearance (24”)
  • Walk and stand on uneven surfaces for extended distances
