Would you like to earn a great income and have a great time doing it? We are looking for people to join our Product Specialist team! Wagner Subaru is the 5th oldest Subaru dealer in the US! We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to help educate customers about what makes a Subaru a Subaru and why they should want to own one! Our ideal candidate will reflect the active lifestyle of many Subaru owners: outdoor enthusiast, physically active, intelligent, and caring/respectful of others.

Hours:

Full-time (minimum of 40 hours/week)

Monday thru Saturday, rotating nights, rotating holidays.

Compensation:

Monthly base salary and commissions based on gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction scores

The Product Specialist will be evaluated based on performance standards such as:

  • Monthly Customer Volume
  • Monthly Conversions
  • Customer Process
  • Customer Service Scores

Duties:

  • Execute customer-first process in accordance with dealership strategies.
  • Execute pricing strategy when responding to customers.
  • Assist customers using all forms of communication including email, text, phone, video, and face-to-face.
  • Educate customers about added benefits of after-market products.
  • Set and keep appointments with customers.
  • Appraise and value trade-in vehicles.
  • Attend training, complete and maintain certification testing requirements for Brand and Product Certification.
  • Staff events (auto show, etc).
  • Attend dealership and manufacturer meetings.

Requirements: (ideal candidate will have no prior CAR sales experience):

  • Prefer Retail management experience.
  • Prefer Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) from an accredited four-year institution or equivalent retail experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Driven personality with a desire to constantly improve
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work with diverse customer base
  • General interest in automobiles
