About Us

Team Body and Paint is a trusted, family-owned collision repair center located in the heart of Bend, Oregon. We're known for our top-quality work, customer-first attitude, and strong ties to the community. With decades of experience and a commitment to excellence, we take pride in restoring vehicles - and peace of mind - to our customers.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Body Shop Manager to lead our high-performing team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional repair quality, managing workflow, and maintaining strong customer and insurance partner relationships.

If you're a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of collision repair operations and a passion for team success, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the body shop, including staff scheduling, job flow, and quality control
  • Provide leadership and direction to technicians, estimators, and support staff
  • Ensure repair work meets or exceeds industry standards for safety and quality
  • Oversee estimates, supplement processing, parts ordering, and customer communication
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations
  • Build and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters and vendors
  • Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to drive profitability and efficiency
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
  • Hire, train, and evaluate team members
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a collision repair or auto body shop environment
  • 2+ years in a leadership or management role
  • Strong knowledge of collision repair practices, estimating software (CCC ONE preferred), and workflow management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • I-CAR or OEM certifications are a plus
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
What We Offer
  • A positive, family-oriented work culture
  • Opportunity to grow with a reputable local business
  • Competitive pay with performance incentives
  • Health benefits, retirement plan, paid vacation, and holidays
  • State-of-the-art facility with modern equipment
