About Us

Supreme Auto Repair Shop is a growing independent repair facility in Portland, OR with a strong reputation for quality work and a positive shop culture. We currently operate with 6 lifts and maintain a healthy workload averaging 100โ€“150 repair orders monthly.

Our shop handles a wide range of work including diagnostics, engine and transmission replacements, electrical repair, suspension, brakes, and A/C systems. We work on approximately:

  • 45% Asian
  • 30% Domestic
  • 25% European

What You'll Be Doing

  • Some diagnostics and drivability repair
  • General automotive repair
  • Engine and transmission replacement
  • Electrical diagnostics and repair
  • Suspension, brake, and A/C work
  • Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)

What We're Looking For

  • Experience Automotive Technician
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Some diagnostic ability
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Experience with multiple makes/models preferred
  • Driver's license preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • $80,000โ€“$120,000 OTE
  • Flexible pay structure (hourly or flat-rate)
  • $2,000 sign-on bonus paid at 6 months
  • PTO after 90 days
