Responsibilities
- Initiates repair orders for PDIs, Certified Vehicles, Used car inspections, generating POs for multiply vehicles
- Contact other dealerships to orchestrate our used vehicle to dropped off for recalls and/or additional diagnosis
- Communicate with the Used Car Manager for ensure the used vehicles are processed in a timely fashion and returned to the lot to be sold.
- Help when needed taking guest’s payment
- Maintains automotive records by recording problems and corrective actions planned.
- Generate repair orders for vehicle that leave facility
- Greet guests on the drive and assist them with their objectives and bring them to a Service Advisor
- Assist with putting guest in loaner vehicle
- Check in loaner vehicles when they are returned by guest
- Additional duties as assigned by Service Manager
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Must have a valid insurable Driver's License
- Experience or certification with Lexus or Toyota is a bonus
- Computer proficiency
- Previous customer service experience
- Punctuality and attendance is vital
