Responsibilities

  • Initiates repair orders for PDIs, Certified Vehicles, Used car inspections, generating POs for multiply vehicles
  • Contact other dealerships to orchestrate our used vehicle to dropped off for recalls and/or additional diagnosis
  • Communicate with the Used Car Manager for ensure the used vehicles are processed in a timely fashion and returned to the lot to be sold.
  • Help when needed taking guestโ€™s payment
  • Maintains automotive records by recording problems and corrective actions planned.
  • Generate repair orders for vehicle that leave facility
  • Greet guests on the drive and assist them with their objectives and bring them to a Service Advisor
  • Assist with putting guest in loaner vehicle
  • Check in loaner vehicles when they are returned by guest
  • Additional duties as assigned by Service Managerย 
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Must have a valid insurable Driver's License
  • Experience or certification with Lexus or Toyota is a bonus
  • Computer proficiency
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Punctuality and attendance is vital
