About the Role:
 Join JM Auto Service as a Service Advisor, where you’ll serve as the key link between our customers and skilled technicians. In this role, you’ll deliver excellent customer service and help clients navigate their automotive needs with confidence. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus 

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
  • Provide accurate estimates and explain repair options clearly.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Maintain customer records and follow up on service appointments.
  • Upsell additional services and products when appropriate.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and automotive technology.
  • Ensure the service area is organized and customer-friendly.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
