WHAT YOU'LL DO

Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process -- from write-up to delivery

Translate technical repair information into clear, confident communication that earns trust and sets accurate expectations

Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made to the guest

Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule

Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle value

Deliver a consistent, professional pickup and delivery experience that keeps guests coming back

Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards

Represent Swickard Honda of Gladstone and our hospitality standard in every guest interaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Automotive service advisor experience a plus -- not required. Our best advisors have come from hotels, restaurants, retail, fitness, and beyond. What they all share is a track record of taking care of people, following through, and doing it with integrity.

Proven success and experience in hospitality, sales, retail, or a guest-facing role -- this is the foundation we hire for

Clear, composed communicator who builds trust quickly and follows through on every commitment

Organized and accurate under pressure -- able to manage multiple guests and timelines without losing detail

Self-motivated with a genuine drive to serve people well and grow your earnings

Comfortable learning dealership systems and processes -- we'll train you on the automotive side

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

A hospitality mindset -- you treat every guest interaction like it matters
