About the Role:
Join M&F Auto Sales as a Dealership Sales Associate/Back up Finance, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and facilitating vehicle financing. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and sales success.
Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
  • Assist in financing options and paperwork to ensure a smooth transaction for customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate processing of finance applications.
