Job Summary:
The Retail Sales Associate at the Harley-Davidson Museum Shop is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting guests with their purchases, and ensuring a memorable retail experience. This role involves maintaining store presentation, handling transactions, and embodying the Harley-Davidson brand in interactions with visitors from around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and assisting with product selection.
