Your Role
As a Loader Operator, you'll safely operate heavy equipment to move, set, and process vehicles throughout the facility. You'll support production goals while helping maintain a clean, safe, and customer-friendly environment.
What You'll Do as a Loader Operator
  • Operate loaders and other heavy equipment safely
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
  • Move, stage, and dismantle vehicles within the yard
  • Follow all safety standards, PPE requirements, and SOPs
  • Help maintain clean and functional equipment
  • Assist with general automotive recycling tasks as needed
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Support store operations and meet team performance goals

What You Bring as a Loader Operator
  • Experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment
  • Basic mechanical or automotive knowledge
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and work with minimal supervision
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working indoors/outdoors in varying weather
  • Reliable transportation
    Preferred: forklift/equipment certifications, auto parts knowledge, mechanical experience, bilingual (English/Spanish)
