Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Wholesale Recycled Parts Sales Specialist to join our fast-paced sales team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for professional repair shops, automotive dealerships, and commercial fleets. You will use your deep knowledge of automotive components and salvage yard management software to accurately identify, quote, and sell parts via telephone, e-commerce networks, and business-to-business platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • B2B Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of professional wholesale accounts by providing fast, accurate, and dependable parts lookup services.
  • Parts Identification & Sourcing: Field inbound wholesale requests via phone and electronic tracking systems to match the correct Recycled Original Equipment (ROE) with client needs.
  • Inventory Control Coordination: Work closely with the dismantling, quality control, and shipping departments to verify parts availability, condition grades, and fulfillment schedules.
  • Nationwide Procurement: Utilize our extensive nationwide parts search network to supplement our inventory and source rare or specialized items for commercial accounts.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain high customer satisfaction standards to foster repeat commercial business.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Automotive Experience Required: Proven experience working in an automotive parts counter role, a salvage yard environment, or a wholesale automotive distribution setting.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep familiarity with automotive systems, mechanical components, and collision parts.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with standard auto recycling inventory software (e.g., Hollander, Pinnacle) and nationwide sourcing networks is highly preferred.
  • Fast-Paced Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage high-volume phone queues and online quotes effectively.
  • Bilingual Skills (Plus): Preference will be given to candidates who speak Spanish or are military veterans, though it is not a rigid requirement.
