Sanel NAPA is looking for an Automotive Parts Specialist to join our team and become the trusted resource our customers count on every day.

As an Auto Parts Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our store; helping retail customers, professional technicians, and businesses find the right parts and solutions. No two days are the same! You’ll use your customer service skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities to make sure every customer gets the right part the first time.

Automotive experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has a passion for learning and helping others.

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers in-store and over the phone
  • Help customers identify automotive parts and solutions for their needs
  • Build relationships with customers and provide a positive experience
  • Answer questions and use available resources to find the right products
  • Process sales transactions accurately using computer systems and point-of-sale technology
  • Support inventory organization, special orders, and daily store operations
  • Coordinate deliveries and ensure customers receive their parts on time
  • Work as part of a team to maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming store environment
What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Customer service, retail, sales, automotive, or mechanical experience preferred
  • Interest in learning about automotive parts and products
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Valid driver’s license required (Motor Vehicle Record check required)
