Job description

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online platforms
• Help customers identify and select the correct auto parts
• Prepare quotes and follow up with potential customers
• Process sales orders and coordinate with the warehouse and shipping team
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information
• Build relationships with repair shops, dealerships, exporters, and wholesale buyers
• Develop new B2B customers and increase repeat sales
• Resolve customer questions professionally and efficiently
• Meet individual and company sales targets


Qualifications


• Previous experience in auto parts sales, automotive sales, or customer service is preferred
• Basic knowledge of vehicles and automotive parts
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working with computers, online marketplaces, and inventory systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organized, responsible, and focused on results
• English and Spanish is required
