Job description

Personal Injury Case Manager

We are a prominent and growing Personal Injury Law Firm in Newport Beach and are seeking experienced and motivated Personal Injury Case Managers to join our team.

As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of personal injury cases, providing the highest standard of client care and ensuring that our clients receive the maximum settlement outcomes they deserve.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large volume of PI pre-litigation cases.
  • Review and analyze medical records to identify case value and coordinate treatment.
  • Frequent contact and communication with clients to provide case updates and explain medical treatment.
  • Assist clients in navigating medical providers and procedures.
  • Open claims with insurance companies and request health insurance liens.
  • Assist clients with property damage claims.
  • Gather and organize relevant documentation such as medical records, police reports, and witness statements.
  • Prepare and submit demands.

Qualifications:

  • An overall positive attitude and strong work ethic are of the upmost importance to our Firm’s values.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Injury case management, with a strong knowledge of medical treatment and ability to manage cases effectively.
  • Highly motivated with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of cases.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other legal software.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
