Job Summary
The Auto Body Repair Technician at Town & County Auto Body Collision Center is responsible for driving service excellence and delivering timely and quality repairs to customersโ vehicles. The successful candidate will possess an excellent knowledge of automotive body repair and paint refinishing ability. The position is a Full Time - based plus commission Technician / Skilled Labor / Contractor job in the Auto industry located in North Haven, Connecticut

Responsibilities
โข Provide excellent customer service by ensuring quality repairs and service excellence
โข Effectively diagnose collision damage and recommend the best course of action
โข Remove damaged parts such as bumpers, panels, radiators, condensers, and grilles
โข Dismantle, adjust, repair, and reassemble major components of the body
โข Perform skilled welding functions as necessary
โข Smooth surface imperfections using plastic and/or metal fillers
โข Refinish vehicle surfaces using a variety of methods and materials
โข Communicate information accurately and open-mindedly with co-workers, managers.
โข Maintain proper housekeeping in the work area
Requirements
โข At least 1 year of auto body experience
โข Knowledge of automotive systems and components
โข A valid driver's license
โข High school diploma or equivalent
โข Ability to pass a background check
