About the Opportunity
We're looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our hail damage restoration team. After major storm events, you'll work directly in affected neighborhoods, connecting homeowners and vehicle owners with our certified repair services. This is a high-earning, performance-based role with unlimited income potential — the harder you work, the more you make.
What You'll Do
- Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods door-to-door to identify hail-damaged vehicles
- Educate homeowners on the auto hail repair process and insurance claims assistance
- Schedule vehicle inspections and connect customers with our repair technicians
- Build relationships and follow up with prospects to close deals
- Track leads, appointments, and activity using our CRM tools
What We're Looking For
- Prior door-to-door, field sales, or canvassing experience preferred (but not required — we train)
- Strong communication skills and a confident, personable demeanor
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive and hunger to earn
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to work outdoors and on your feet during storm season
- Basic smartphone proficiency for lead tracking and scheduling
