This role supports our funding, securitization, and forecasting work while helping build the systems that make our financial reporting reliable, repeatable, and ready for scale.
You'll work side by side with senior leadership on projects that shape Arivo's funding strategy, investor analytics, and long-term financial plan. Every day, you'll see your work influence how we fund our business, track performance, and tell our story to investors.

  • Coordinate with lenders, investors, and rating agencies throughout each deal process.
  • Maintain and enhance models for cash flows, borrowing bases, and collateral tracking.
  • Prepare investor decks, data tapes, and due diligence materials.
  • Maintain quality controls so every number can be traced, tested, and trusted.

  • Support forecasting, board reporting, and scenario analysis.
  • Partner with Accounting to monitor liquidity and covenant compliance.
  • Implement checks and documentation standards to keep forecasts reliable and audit-ready.

Portfolio and Credit Analytics
  • Analyze static pool performance, cumulative losses, and prepayment trends.
  • Support credit loss forecasting and investor performance reporting.
  • Work with BI and Data Science to automate performance dashboards with built-in accuracy checks.

Strategic Projects
  • Build new tools and reports that support Arivo's growing captive and third-party funding programs.
  • Improve processes to increase transparency and reduce manual work.
  • Collaborate across Finance, Accounting, and Risk to align definitions, data, and controls.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2 or more years of experience in structured finance, capital markets, consumer lending, or investment banking.
  • Advanced Excel and modeling skills. AI, SQL and Power BI experience preferred.
  • A mix of creativity and rigor. You can build something new and make sure it works every time.
  • High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset.
  • Clear communication skills. You know how to turn analysis into insights that drive action.
  • Curiosity, accountability, and a desire to make complex systems better.

Why You'll Love Working Here
  • High Impact: Your work directly shapes Arivo's funding and growth strategy.
  • Quality Focus: You'll help strengthen the controls and processes that make Arivo's analytics trusted by lenders and investors.
  • Visibility: Direct exposure to senior leadership and external partners.
  • Entrepreneurial Culture: A place where initiative is noticed and ideas move fast.
  • Strong Benefits: Competitive compensation, 401(k) match, medical, dental, vision.
