About the Role:
PDX Motors LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dealership Service Manager Assistant to join our team in Portland, OR! This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our service operations, supporting the Service Manager and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Service Manager in overseeing daily service department operations
  • Coordinate vehicle service appointments, repair orders, and technician workflow
  • Communicate with customers regarding service status, estimates, and vehicle updates
  • Support service advisors in managing customer inquiries and resolving concerns
  • Monitor parts inventory and coordinate with the parts department to ensure timely repairs
  • Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and reporting using dealership management software (DMS)
  • Help ensure service department compliance with dealership standards and manufacturer guidelines
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in an automotive dealership or service department preferred
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively with service advisors, technicians, and management
  • Basic understanding of automotive repair processes and service operations
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
