Your Role:
You'll create exceptional customer experiences by scheduling, selling, and overseeing needed service work. This includes precise write-ups, providing estimates, keeping customers informed, managing repair progress, and ensuring high satisfaction standards. You'll also maintain a professional appearance and uphold manufacturer certifications.
We're Looking For:
  • Prior Service Advisor experience.
  • Strong selling/customer service background (a plus!).
  • Computer proficiency and strong organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of automotive technology (a plus!).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.
  • Valid driver's license, clean MVR, and ability to pass background/drug screen.

This role requires standing, keyboarding, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
