What we are looking for:

indiGO Auto Group's Mercedes- Benz Palm Springs dealership is seeking a full-time Internet Sales Manager to join our team in our state-of-the-art facility. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

  • Oversee all inbound internet, digital retailing, phone, and third-party leads.
  • Ensure timely and professional responses to all customer inquiries in accordance with dealership expectations.
  • Monitor daily lead activity, appointment set rates, show rates, and sold conversions.
  • Work closely with the Sales Managers to maximize sales opportunities and customer retention.
  • Maintain accountability for lead management processes within CRM systems including Tekion or other dealership platforms.
  • Ensure all customer communications and follow-up activities are accurately documented.
  • Review aging leads and implement action plans to improve engagement and conversion performance.
  • Assist in structuring deals, presenting pricing, and supporting negotiations when necessary.

The opportunity is for you if you have:

  • Previous automotive sales and/or internet sales management experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead management, and digital sales processes.
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills, team player
  • Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record required.

Pay range for this role is: $75,000 - $300,000 per year

Employee will be compensated through a combination of hourly pay and commissions/ bonuses, which will vary based on productivity.
