Who We Are

At County Line Auto Sales, we’re more than a dealership — we’re a tight-knit, family-run operation where hard work, honesty, and great customer service are at the core of everything we do. Our technicians are critical to our success. We’re currently seeking a highly skilled, dependable, and team-oriented Automotive Technician to join our growing crew.

What You’ll Be Doing

Primary Duties:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles — including gas, hybrid, and electric

  • Perform all repairs efficiently, accurately, and in line with shop and manufacturer standards

  • Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues

  • Complete multi-point inspections with video/photo documentation

  • Collaborate with advisors to keep customers informed and confident in their repairs

  • Address initial concerns before recommending additional service

  • Follow all safety protocols and document work thoroughly

Secondary Duties:

  • Assist with quality control checks on team repairs

  • Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized

  • Pitch in wherever needed to keep the shop running smoothly

  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude daily

What You Bring to the Table

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on auto repair experience

  • Ability to diagnose and repair all major systems including engines, HVAC, electrical, suspension, and drivability issues

  • Comfortable using advanced diagnostic tools and repair software

  • ASE or OEM certifications preferred (we’ll help you earn more!)

  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

  • Must have your own tools

  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in variable shop conditions
