INDSJBR
  • 2+ years of hands-on automotive technician experience (dealership or independent shop)
  • ASE certifications a plus
  • Strong diagnostic ability
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive, no-drama attitude
  • Experience performing used vehicle reconditioning, including:
    • Brakes, suspension, steering components
    • Engine repairs and maintenance
    • Transmission service
    • Cooling systems
    • Electrical troubleshooting
  • Ability to complete multi-point inspections thoroughly and accurately
  • Solid understanding of used car recon standards and turnaround time expectations
  • Comfortable working on multiple makes and models (domestic and import)
