Do you love details, paperwork, and keeping things running like a well-oiled machine? Do you get a little too excited about checklists and spreadsheets? If so, we want YOU on Team Karl Malone!

We're looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, Accounting Deal Clerk to help us keep the gears turning behind the scenes. From finalizing deals, to preparing sales commissions, to making payoffs, to selling and purchasing wholesales, to receipting and logging deals - all wrapped up to you being the quiet MVP of our dealership's daily success!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be the friendly voice and helpful face for our customers
  • Process new and used retail and wholesale deals
  • Submit sales commissions - cha-ching!
  • Tackle accounting tasks such as account receivable/payable and daily ledger entries
  • Work hand-in-hand with the accounting team to keep everything on track
  • Maintain great relationships with customers and teammates alike
