Matt Bowers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is expanding — and we’re looking for a sharp, high-performance Accounts Payable Clerk who takes pride in precision and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

This is not a “just get by” accounting role. This is a critical position inside a high-volume, growth-focused automotive operation where accuracy, speed, and accountability matter.

What You’ll Do

As our Accounts Payable Clerk, you will:

• Maintain accurate, verified accounts payable records and reconcile vendor statements
• Prepare and process vendor payments, checks, and disbursements
• Post open items in accounts payable daily
• Print and maintain A/P reports and supporting documentation
• Reconcile ledgers to ensure payments align with dealership schedules
• Manage petty cash and monitor cash-flow needs for payable cycles
• Audit freight bills and handle vendor and freight inquiries professionally
• Assist with month-end closing procedures
• Provide account analysis as requested by management
• Support accounts receivable and special accounting projects as assigned
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional workspace

This is a high-visibility role within the accounting department. Accuracy and timeliness are non-negotiable.
