POSITION: Service BDC Representative
LOCATION: Janesville Nissan
HOURS: Flexible weekday hours & Saturdays
PAY: Salary + Commission

Service BDC Job Duties:
* Schedule appointments, and maintain an organized schedule
* Conduct post repair follow up and customer service
* Contact Customers for Recall and Warranty Work
* Ability to work with limited supervision
* Must be able to multitask and work in fast paced environment
