River City Auto Body is a buy collision repair shop located Southwest of Milwaukee. We are an I-Car Gold collision repair facility with I-Car Platinum Technicians. We are committed to our mission "Fix It Right the First Time." We specialize in collision repair of autos, trucks and fleet vehicles - semis, buses, trailers and municipal vehicles. With our continued growth, we are looking to hire experienced Collision Technicians and Refinish Technicians for both our automotive and fleet departments. Our desired candidate will have current I-Car Certification and the desire to succeed. We offer competitive compensation packages to the right individual. Job Description
We require a person who must take pride in their work and strive to maintain efficiency and product quality work. This individual will be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to their original structural integrity, function and appearance.
Qualifications
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • High School diploma required.
  • Minimum of five years prior work related experience with I-Car certification. Will consider candidates who have recently completed or are soon to complete coursework with a degree in automotive repair.
  • Must have own tools.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
  • Follows all Standard Operating Procedures for repair with a strong attention to detail under tight deadlines.
  • Professional work ethic.
  • Excellent organization, decision making and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously with confidence.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIRMENTS:
  • The Ability to lift, bend, work manual and power tools, work with chemicals and mix paints.
  • Must be a team player an have patience and be willing to constantly learn.
  • Must be willing to research repair information as needed and keep current with continued education if needed.
  • Can travel to vehicle locations when necessary.
