Auto Body Technician
Are you looking to join a company where you can utilize your skills and experience in a fun working environment? Do you enjoy the demands of working in a fast-paced environment? McCarthy Chevrolet Lee's Summit- Collision Center is looking to add a Body Shop Technician to our team. This is a great opportunity to begin your career with one of the city's leading Body Shops! You will be responsible for identifying and performing necessary body repair work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications.
Job Duties
  • Examines body damage on customer vehicles
  • Identifies necessary body repair work
  • Maintains Customer Satisfaction score at or above company standards
  • Requests necessary parts
  • Performs body repairs including removing damaged body parts and replacing with fixed or new parts
  • Documents repairs performed
  • Performs body repairs efficiently and according to dealership and insurance company guidelines

Requirements
  • At least 3 years body shop technician experience
  • References in auto body repairs
  • Excellent quality control
  • Team oriented
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
