As an Auto Body Parts Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring every delivery is accurate and in top condition. Your role will be crucial in maintaining organization and efficiency, allowing us to deliver exceptional craftsmanship to clients. You'll actively engage with vendors, providing vital updates and ensuring the timely availability of parts, which keeps our repair schedules on track.

Compensation:

$18 - $25 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Utilize vendor portals and cold-calling for parts ETAs; relay all information to other departments in the shop
  • Itemize and receive all incoming deliveries
  • Set up parts for return and supervise outgoing parts with delivery drivers
  • Mirror match incoming parts to parts removed from repairable vehicles
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with the department standards
  • Assist in any other necessary departments as instructed by management, including (but not limited to cleaning and/or moving vehicles, garbage/cardboard removal, cleaning the shop, etc.)
  • Contribute to a healthy work environment, work well with others, and follow directions

Qualifications:
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 35 pounds
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
