Yach's Body & Custom, Inc. is a family-owned auto repair body shop in business for more than 70 years. We provide excellent repair quality to customers' vehicles by adhering to industry best practices, continued training, and maintaining Yach's reputation for quality work. We are looking to hire a highly experienced auto body technician to join our team. Do you like cars and, more importantly, taking a vehicle that has been in an accident and fixing it to pre-loss condition? If so, we would like to hear from you. We offer competitive benefits and compensation.
Compensation- $65,000 - $100,000+
Responsibilities
• Performing repair work to customers' vehicles to pre-loss condition and accurately following Yach's work order, along with diagnosing and reporting any additional damage not on the work order.
• Ensuring excellent repairs by following O.E.M. specifications.
• Receive continuous training and certification through I-CAR and similar organizations.
• Meeting production goals set by management.
Qualifications
• Maintaining a clean work area at all times to ensure the cleanliness of customer vehicles, along with providing a professional image of our facility.
• Accurately punching in on the time clock during repairs enables accurate job monitoring and efficiency.
• Assist the detail department when needed in providing a pre-accident appearance by buffing and cleaning guest vehicles.
• Wearing proper safety equipment at all times.
