We are seeking an Autobody and Repair Facility Receptionist Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers
  • Schedule appointments
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Filing, copying and scanning documents
  • Perform all other office tasks: social media post/photos
  • Data entry: logging in cars, inputting estimates
