Our multidisciplinary team collaborates to provide holistic, evidence-based therapies and educational services to ensure continuity of care for our clients for positive and lasting outcomes.

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist with experience in pediatrics and ASD to join our team!


Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and design individualized treatment plans and IEP goals based on independent needs.
  • Deliver evidence-based treatments and interventions to achieve targeted goals for children and the young adult population.
  • Implement treatment interventions to improve motor deficits, self-regulation challenges, and daily life skills to promote client independence and enhance their overall quality of life.
  • Train and support other clinicians and education staff as appropriate.
  • Participate as a member of the Case Conference Committee.
  • Assumes the responsibility and accountability for the care of patients being treated by Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
  • Maintain client records, progress information, goal achievement/ mastery of skills, and update treatment plans.
  • Complete weekly billing information.
  • Work and communicate with a multifaceted and dynamic team of professionals, collaborating to assist clients cohesively.
  • Report Directly to Clinical Services Director


Qualifications:

  • Must have and maintain IN Occupational Therapy license.
  • Two years of experience preferred; experience working with autistic population ages 5-21 ideal.
  • Experience with other developmental disorders accepted.
  • Must be able to work in partnership with a passionate team of clinicians.
  • Must work independently to conduct assessments and deliver therapy services with minimal guidance or assistance.
  • Must have a Master’s Degree in a related field.
  • Must pass an IN Criminal background check.
  • Must enjoy working with children and young adults.
