At Alight Behavioral Therapy, we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. As a leading provider of ABA therapy services, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate In-Person BCBA - NC LBA Required to join our team in Wilmington, North Carolina, United States.

Job Summary:

As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct behavioral assessments, and provide training and support to families. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism and have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments, behavioral evaluations, and progress monitoring to inform treatment planning

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team and family

  • Provide in-home ABA therapy services to children with ASD, using evidence-based procedures and interventions

  • Monitor and record client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed

  • Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support

  • Provide training and support to families on ABA strategies and techniques

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client services, including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing information

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential

  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in the state of North Carolina

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

  • Strong working knowledge of ABA principles, theories, and practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
