  • Establish and uphold supervision standards, documentation expectations, and clinical best practices
  • Partner with clinic operations on staffing, RBT retention, onboarding, and team support
  • Create a positive, accountable, and encouraging clinic culture
  • Develop future clinical leaders through thoughtful mentorship, feedback, and professional development
Why Join Autism 360?

  • Operational partnership: Dedicated support for scheduling, HR, billing, staffing, and other administrative responsibilities
  • Protected clinical leadership time: More time to focus on supervision, clinical programming, learner outcomes, and team development
  • Stronger RBT hiring and training: Higher hiring standards, improved onboarding, and enhanced training resources
  • Clear clinical/admin separation: Infrastructure that helps keep administrative workload from falling solely on the BCBA
  • Leadership growth: Opportunities to strengthen your clinical leadership skills while making a visible impact within your clinic
  • Local stability: A privately held, North Carolina-focused provider with infrastructure designed to navigate NC Medicaid and HB 696 changes without constant care-model shifts
Qualifications

  • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical, data-driven ABA practice
  • Ability to lead with both accountability and empathy
