Autism Behavioral Center currently has the largest and most comprehensive campus in New England! Our mission is to improve the independence and social awareness of individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) while simultaneously increasing the knowledge, skill set, and quality of life for both the individuals and families of those impacted by ASD. ABC offers a comprehensive service model including 1:1 in-home therapy, social skills programs, community programs, specifically targeting deficits that impact individuals with autism. Each service program is tailored exclusively to meet the needs of both the individual and the family. We value the continuing education and development of our ABA Behavior Technicians to provide gold standard services.

What you'll do.
As an ABA Behavior Technician you will work with 1-2 individuals with ASD (at different times) 1:1 in their home (and at our center), implement a behavior plan as instructed by your direct supervisor, and daily data collection.
Qualifications/skills to have.
Energetic individuals passionate about working with those impacted by ASD, organized and able to follow behavior plans, responsible and timely, desires a fun work environment with room to grow, experience working with individuals with ASD preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.
Part Time (Under 24 hours) & Full Schedule (24-30 hours) positions available. Sessions are after school during the school year and Saturdays. Early Childhood sessions may be during the day as well.
