Welche Aufgaben erwarten Sie?
  • Gesamtverantwortung über den Zulassungsprozess von Kundenprojekten von der Angebotserstellung und -kalkulation bis hin zum Vorliegen der benötigten Genehmigungen
  • Planung, Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung aller erforderlichen Schritte mit internen und externen Schnittstellen
  • Inhaltliche Führung der Projektmitarbeitenden
  • Organisation der Prüf- und Bewertungsleistungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Anforderungsmanagement
  • Erstellung von Konformitätserklärungen, technischen Dossiers, Spezifikationen für die Zulassung
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Regeln, Vorschriften, Verfahren im Zusammenhang mit der Zulassung.
  • Unterstützung von technischen Aktivitäten zur Einhaltung der relevanten europäischen Normen.
  • Entwicklung von Verfahren und Vorlagen f fcr Zulassungen.
  • Reporting der Zulassungsaktivitäten.
  • Begleitung von Audits, Typentests oder Baumusterversuchen an Schienenfahrzeugen
Wir wünschen uns von Ihnen:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium beispielsweise im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Schienenfahrzeugtechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Zulassung von Schienenfahrzeugen
  • Technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, technische Systemzusammenhänge zu erkennen, zu interpretieren und zu erklären.
  • Kenntnis der geltenden Regelwerke und Verfahren im DACH-Raum, weitere Länder von Vorteil.
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift, sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten gegenüber Bewertungsstellen und Genehmigungsbehörden.
  • Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Englisch (sicher, mindestens B2).
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen an Kundenstandorte
