Who We Are:
Auris Noble is a vertically integrated facility specializing in the management of high value, rare earth, and strategic materials generated from a multitude of diverse industries. From aerospace, renewables, and everything in between, our elemental and separation science experience ranges from Aluminum through Zirconium; with an emphasis on platinum group metals.
 
 
Position and Benefits:
We are looking for a full time, day shift, Monday-Friday, general labor employee to join our Akron Team and contribute to the company’s growth and expansion. We offer full 401K match, quarterly bonuses, annual profit sharing, vacation/holidays, yearly planned plant shutdown, as well as health/vision/dental insurance.
 
 
Job Responsibilities:
· Help manage material sort and transfer on the plant floor in coordination with other personnel.
 
 
· Maintaining a clean and safe work space, initiate organizational changes and cleanliness.
 
 
· Prioritize workflow and take initiative to move material through production in a timely manner.
 
 
· Self-sufficiency and autonomy with limited task direction.
 
 
Requirements:
· Experience with small industrial production operations.
 
· Ability to follow directions and follow through with minimal guidance.
 
· Ability to perform duties while standing for extended periods of time.
 
· Ability to frequently bend, stoop, and crouch.
 
· Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb.
 
· Reliable daily transportation.
 
· Ability to quickly learn and navigate a fast-paced environment.
 
· Ability to quickly adjust to a change in workflow and process.
 
· Effective written and oral communication in English.
 
 
Special Considerations:
· Prior industrial/processing experience
· Safe Forklift Operation/ Forklift Certification a plus
 
· Machine operating experience a plus
 
· Prior scrap recycling experience
