Job description

In-Home Caregiver Positions – CNA / HHA (Day Shifts | W-2 Employment)

Concierge Care Agency – Flexible Scheduling with Weekly Pay

Concierge Care is currently seeking experienced caregivers to provide in-home support for clients throughout the Jacksonville area. We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for daytime home care assignments in private residences. These are W-2 positions offering flexible PRN scheduling, consistent client opportunities, and strong office support—without requiring personal liability insurance.


Current Coverage Areas:

  • FLAGLER BEACH (STARTING RIGHT AWAY!)
  • Jacksonville (Northside, Southside, Eastside, Westside)
  • Orange Park, Middleburg, Macclenny
  • Palm Coast, St. Augustine, Palatka
  • Surrounding communities within the region

What You Can Expect:

  • Weekly Pay: $18–$22 per hour depending on the assignment (W-2)

What You’ll Need to Apply:

  • A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating you're free of communicable diseases

  • Completed CEUs:
    • 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication
