Position Summary:
Your Impact (Essential Duties):
Perform assigned assurance procedures, including audits, reviews, compilations, and agreed-upon procedures
Reconcile workpapers to trial balance accounts and ensure neat, complete, and organized documentation
Understand and apply basic concepts of GAAP, GAAS, and other financial reporting frameworks
Determine scope of testing, select samples, and demonstrate audit skepticism
Prepare and review draft financial statements and identify potential issues for documentation and communication
Obtain an understanding of control deficiencies and assist in documenting items for management communication
Manage individual workloads across multiple engagements and prioritize tasks with supervisor guidance
Communicate effectively with team members on project statuses and participate actively in meetings
Develop a basic understanding of client industries and issues that may impact audit work
Contribute to team efforts by volunteering to assist and participating in training and independent learning
Demonstrate strong time management skills to meet deadlines and engagement priorities
Perform other duties and display flexibility to take on a variety of responsibilities assigned by firm leadership
Meet annual billable hour and other targets to fulfill individual performance and overall firm productivity
Your Background:
CPA license or eligible
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
Understanding of audit standards and ability to adapt to changes
Proficiency in learning and utilizing audit-related software and tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration

Accurate mathematical and accounting skills
