Work Model: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week, with the possibility of moving to 4 days onsite in the future)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join a technology team supporting initiatives across Real Estate, Business Lines, and Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering small to medium-sized technology infrastructure projects associated with office technology installations, renovations, new builds, relocations, and decommissions.
This role requires a strong project management background combined with hands-on knowledge of technology infrastructure and corporate real estate environments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects, stakeholders, vendors, budgets, schedules, and deliverables simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver small to medium-sized real estate technology infrastructure projects on time, within budget, scope, and quality expectations.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring priorities, dependencies, schedules, and deliverables are effectively coordinated.
  • Plan and coordinate technology procurement, logistics, installation, configuration, testing, deployment, colleague support, and decommissioning activities.
  • Understand and align applicable IT standards with Real Estate project requirements and designs.
  • Coordinate with Business Partners, IT teams, Real Estate teams, stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external vendors.
  • Facilitate project meetings, requirements gathering, build coordination, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
  • Track project financials and provide accurate reporting and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain project documentation and artifacts in accordance with team repository and governance requirements.
  • Monitor project progress closely and proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to ensure project plans are clearly defined and effectively executed.
  • Drive projects through all phases while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivery quality.
Project Scope
Projects may involve some or all of the following technology areas:

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of overall professional experience, with approximately 10 years of IT Project Management experience preferred.
  • Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and technology projects.
  • Experience delivering projects within commercial real estate, corporate workplace, office technology, or similar environments.
  • Strong understanding of technology infrastructure and onsite technology deployments.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira for project/task tracking.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills for reporting, tracking, financials, and analysis.
  • Strong experience with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience with Clarity or similar project management tools.
  • Strong spreadsheet, financial tracking, and reporting experience.
  • Experience with video conferencing and Audio/Visual technology projects.
  • Experience managing technology refresh or technology currency projects.
  • Experience working with external technology vendors and service providers.
