Job description

Pro A/V Account Executive (Systems Integration)
Location: Canton, MA (Onsite / Client Sites)
Compensation: Competitive base + commission + full benefits

Own the client. Own the outcome.

The Pro A/V Account Executive leads pursuit, qualification, pricing strategy, and close for complex Pro A/V systems integration projects. You are responsible for winning the right work on the right terms - partnering closely with Sales Design Engineers who own the technical solution.

This role is for an experienced seller who understands design-build environments, long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and margin discipline. You do not design systems. You do not manage projects. You own the deal - from first conversation through clean handoff.

What Youll Own

  • Identify, pursue, and qualify Pro A/V integration opportunities
  • Lead business discovery to understand client goals, constraints, budgets, and timelines
  • Build trusted relationships across education, performance venues, corporate, and worship markets
  • Shape scope in collaboration with Sales Design Engineers
  • Own pricing strategy, proposal development, and margin discipline
  • Present proposals, respond to RFPs, and negotiate contracts
  • Close projects responsibly and prepare them for structured handoff

What Success Looks Like

  • Opportunities are well-qualified before engineering effort begins
  • Projects are clearly scoped, responsibly sold, and profitably priced
  • SEs and PMs trust what arrives at handoff
  • Clients feel supported without confusion about ownership

Who Thrives Here

  • 5+ years of Pro A/V integration or technical sales experience
  • Proven ability to manage pipeline and complex deal cycles
  • Comfortable working with architects, consultants, owners, and end users
  • Able to discuss technical concepts at a high level - without stepping into design
  • Values clarity, accountability, and clean execution

About High Output - Systems Integration

High Output, an Ansera solution, specializes in professional audio, video, lighting, and rigging systems for permanent installations and live production environments. We believe great systems are built - not improvised - and that clean execution is professionalism. Our work focuses on reliable, intuitive infrastructure that supports what happens on stage, in the room, and on screen.

If youre proud of a complex deal you closed - and can explain why it worked - wed like to hear from you.
