IM Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Audio Visual (AV) Project Manager to oversee and coordinate AV/IT integration projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for delivering projects that meet the highest standards of quality, profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction while ensuring schedules and budgets are achieved.

Reports to: Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple commercial AV/IT installation projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution from project kickoff through completion.
  • Lead and manage the Installation department team in achieving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals through accountability, coaching, and performance management.
  • Coordinate, prioritize, and allocate personnel, equipment, and project resources to support efficient project execution and on-time delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budgets, and labor resources to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
  • Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and communicate project status to customers, leadership, and internal stakeholders.
  • Build, develop, and lead high-performing installation teams by fostering professional growth, accountability, technical excellence, and ongoing training.
  • Support continuous process improvement by implementing and adhering to EOS processes, operational workflows, and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of proven leadership experience managing commercial AV installation projects 
  • 10+ years of experience in Audio Visual systems and commercial construction methodology 
  • CTS or CTS-I certification (preferred)
  • Must have a strong understanding of Audio Visual and low voltage systems
  • Must have a strong understanding of IT networks and standards
  • Coordinate with the Project Engineer to fully understand project scope of work and resolve any site challenges
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to technology advancements and changing project requirements
  • Proficiency in MIS tools such as ERP, BMS, CRM, and MS Office
  • Knowledge of best project management practices and problem-solving abilities
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or technical degree preferred
