FLSA STATUS: Hourly (Event based) 5-20 hours weekly
Compensation: $15.00

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and strike audio, video, lighting, and presentation equipment for live events, meetings, and productions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audiovisual systems before and during events to ensure seamless execution
- Coordinate with clients, event staff, and vendors to understand production requirements and deliver high-quality event support
- Conduct routine maintenance, testing, and inventory management of audiovisual equipment to ensure operational readiness
- Assist with event load-in/load-out activities, including equipment transportation, cabling, staging, and system configuration.

Education and/or Experience
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- 3 to 5 years of experience working in a live performing arts venue/center/theater.
- Technical degree or certification preferred.
Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge and experience working with stagehand personnel.
- Knowledge of operations, maintenance, and facility management.
- Working knowledge of applicable OSHA, state, and other work environment safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of fire and public safety issues.
