Job Description

The proposed contractor would provide technical and operational support in three key components of the IT Division's Enterprise Audio Visual Service:

Audio visual programming support for AV technology integration, AMX RMS (Resource Management System) and user interfaces on AMX Room Control Panels, AMX Room Schedule Panels, Digital Displays and other AV technology.

Qualifications

Minimum Required Experience and Competencies:

Excellent analytical, customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written)


Excellent ability to work well in stressful situations (e.g. fixing an AV issue in a conference room while a meeting is in progress)


7+ years in the audio visual engineering field


5+ years implementing and supporting enterprise audio visual systems


Programming experience with AMX control and UI systems


Programming experience with BiAMP audio systems


Working knowledge of the following:


o AMX NetLink Studio


o AMX TPDesign 4, 5


o AMX G4 PanelBuilder, PanelPreview


o AMX RMS Enterprise


o Wireshark


o SVSI Viewer


o Biamp Audia, Nexia, Tesira


o Microsoft Outlook, Skype for Business


o Cisco TelePresence Management Suite (TMS)


One or more of the following AV Industry Certifications
InfoComm Certified Technology Specialist (CTS)
