Position Summary

This position is responsible for creating multi-media solutions for a variety of projects within theLearning and Development,Production Crew - Multimedia Team. This role focuses on delivering top quality video, audio, visual design, and animation.

Working with, and providing consultation to, business partners and design partners within theLearning and Development team is critical to the success of this role. This includes ensuring that deadlines, business needs, performance needs, and budgets are all met.

**This is a hybrid position working in our Harftord, CT location 3 days a week. **

Job Responsibilities:

  • Uses formal instructional design methodology to design, develop and implement sophisticated, complex, performance-focused, and educational multi-media to supportL&Dofferings and initiatives.

  • Simultaneously manages multiple projects.

  • Consults with business unit andL&Dpartners to determine the most effective multi-media approach.

  • Works in partnership as appropriate with external vendors to deliver state-of-the-art, technology-based multi-media solutions.

  • When designing training, conducts performance analysis to determine the expectations and gaps for the intended audiences.

  • Incorporates feedback gathered from participants and other relevant audiences to improve training, processes, and products.

  • Manages the project training plan and works with clients as needed to ensure project goals and quality standards are met.

  • Provides support for theL&DeLearning teams.

  • Independently writes for and produces video productions (live and/or animated).

  • Designs visual design elements (such as infographics, user interfaces, print and digital templates) that engage the learner/reader and are visually appealing.

  • Uses critical thinking skills throughout design and development to identify and mitigate potential risks.


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in a corporate training or related functions

  • 3+ years' experience translating raw content into storyboard/script format

  • 3+ years' experience with AI Avatar software

  • 3+ years' experience recording video and editing in Premiere Pro


Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong ability to demonstrate concepts visually

  • Strong understanding of visual design

  • 2+ years' experience in QuickBase/NOVA software solutions

  • 2+ years' experience in Adobe Creative Cloud Software

  • Able to apply WCAG 5.0 standards related to multi-media products

  • Able to provide consultation (asking appropriate questions to obtain needs and providing solutions to address those needs)

  • 3+ Education or experience in application of performance-based instructional design methodologies

  • 3+ Education or experience in adult learning principles and/or performance consulting with a focus on eLearning technologies and techniques


Education

High School Diploma/GED or 3+ years' equivalent work experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
