Audio Visual Technician

Location: On-Site

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Audio Visual Technician to provide technical support for meetings, events, and technology-enabled environments. This role is responsible for the setup, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of audiovisual equipment while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills, experience supporting live events, and the ability to provide white-glove support to leadership and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment for meetings, presentations, and special events.
  • Provide frontline technical support for audiovisual and related technology systems.
  • Assist end users with the operation and functionality of audiovisual equipment.
  • Monitor live events and quickly resolve technical issues to ensure seamless operation.
  • Deliver white-glove technical support to leadership and high-level stakeholders.
  • Perform routine testing, maintenance, cleaning, and repair of audiovisual equipment.
  • Execute service requests related to event and technology support.
  • Document service requests, technical issues, and resolutions in tracking systems.
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on audiovisual systems and equipment.
  • Follow established procedures and direction related to technical support and troubleshooting.
